About the Size: - Regular Size: Adjustable knee brace with a thigh circumference of 15.5 to 17.8 inches and a calf circumference of 16.6 to 19.3 inches. - Plus Size: Adjustable knee brace with a thigh circumference of 22.7 to 25 inches and a calf circumference of 23.7 to 26.1 inches.

Please note that the knee pads are elastic and can be extended by up to 2 inches by pulling them tight, so we recommend choosing a slightly smaller size.
